Chocolate Crackles are one of my favourite childhood memories and this 3 ingredient, no bake version is seriously yum!
My son has recently been moved onto a low FODMAP diet and finding new creative ideas for things he can eat has been tricky but fun – i cannot believe i didnt think of these earlier!
There are some great nasties free brands of Puffed Rice out there so be sure to read the ingredient list before buying.
3 Ingredient Chocolate Crackles
|Prep time||3 minutes|
- 3 Cups Puffed Rice (scout around for a quality, sugar free brand)
- 1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (organic, virgin)
|1.||Pour Rice Puffs and Cacao Powder into a large bowl.|
|2.||Add Coconut Oil (melt if its not already in a liquid state), then mix well with a spoon until well combined.|
|3.||Pour into a lined 12 tray patty tin and set in the fridge for 4hrs.|
Note: These Chocolate Crackles will melt easily so are best kept in the fridge.
