Pure Maple and Berries are a match made in heaven!
This little number is not only seriously decadent and satisfying but is pretty as a picture too!
A great “pudding” alternative that has way less total sugar and also has good fats with the Coconut Milk and we all know now that Chia Seeds are packed full of good stuff we want and need.
Maple & Berry Chia Pots

- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Tblsp Pure Maple
- 12 Slices Dehydrated Strawberries
- 12 Whole Fresh Blueberries
|1.||In a medium bowl add Chia Seeds, Maple and Coconut Milk; stir well with a spoon until well combined.|
|2.||Transfer evenly between 2 glass pots – or ramekins. |
Set in the fridge for a minimum of 8hrs.
|3.||Remove from fridge, top with Strawberries and Blueberries.|
